We roast all of our coffees to order, to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday and Thursday. All orders received by 4pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.

Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Nalu Brew Coffee does not assume responsibility for any damage that happens during shipment. Any claims can be made directly with the shipping company.
